Supporting business performance and wellbeing.

Culture is the vibes at work. VIBES™ makes it visible.

Every team runs on unspoken rules. VIBES™ turns those rules into something a team can see, discuss and change.

Five areas. A clearer picture of how your team experiences work.

Village

✱Can people speak up and ask for help?Trust, support and candour.

Intentional Rest

✱Is "always on" the unspoken rule?Recovery and availability.

Boundaries

✱Who carries what?Ownership, capacity and guardrails.

Ease

✱What slows good work down?Friction, coordination and process.

Strength

✱Can the pace last?Sustainable performance over time.

How I use it

1. Uncover

Weeks 1–3

Examine the patterns and their impact through an anonymous pulse survey and a team session, without the manager.

2. Align

Weeks 4–6

Brief the manager privately, then bring the team and manager together to agree two or three practical changes around workload, priorities, communication and ownership.

3. Embed

30 days later

Check what's working and what needs adjusting. We distinguish what the team can change from what needs wider organisational support.

What makes it different?

  • The team speaks first, so honest input comes before leadership's view.
  • Fewer changes for real impact. Two or three priorities the team will stick to.
  • We look at how the work is set up, not who's doing it. No resilience training or wellbeing washing.
